The concierge model

Telehealth
Many visits can happen by secure video or phone, which saves you the drive and the waiting room. When you need a hands-on exam, labs or imaging, we'll tell you and help you take the next step. [CONFIRM: in-person availability and location]

Home monitoring
For some members, connected devices from Tenovi, such as a blood pressure cuff, scale or glucose meter, can send readings to your care team between visits. Home readings support your care. They don't replace calling 911 when something feels seriously wrong.
Your privacy
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and it never asks for health information. Health details stay in your visits and our secure patient system.
